The CyclePump Adventure Model: CP-A

We're proud to report that the CyclePump was recently selected by British Special Forces to serve in combat in Iraq.  They selected our CyclePump and EZAir Gauge because of their proven track record of performance and reliability.

     

 All these features are now included as standard equipment with the Adventure CyclePump:

Þ  Aluminum case measures less than 2"x4"x6"

Þ  CyclePump in the pouch with all components measures 2”x6”x9”

Þ  Weight with all accessory components is only 34 oz.

Þ  Aluminum case has been redesigned to improve filtering of dirt / foreign materials

Þ  On-Off switch has been relocated for easier use

Þ  Fold-down legs lift the unit up out of the dirt and increase stability when operating

Þ  Legs and case have been tested up to 250 lbs crush weight

Þ  Air hose is now 24" long (previously it was 12" long), extra length makes it easier to reach valve stem

Þ  Air chuck is a locking-style, all-brass design that locks onto the teeth of the valve stem

Þ  Universal power plug converts to fit BMW or cigarette lighter outlets, SAE fitting on the end

Þ  Power cord is 8 feet long and connects to any SAE fitting

Þ  AutoCord 8 foot extension with SAE fittings is included, giving an overall reach of 17 feet

Þ  With power cord extensions the CyclePump can be used for occasional automotive applications

Þ  Fused alligator clips attach to any 12v battery, SAE fitting on the end

Þ  Cordura storage pouch with Velcro closure will hold all the new accessories

Þ  Velcro straps to keep the cord and hose organized

Þ  Compressor unit is rated to inflate over 100 PSI

Þ  12 volt DC motor draws 7 amps (no load), 10-12 amps (full load)

Þ  Inflation times are generally 2-3 minutes for a front tire, 3-5 minutes for a rear tire

Þ  Internal motor mounting points are specially "hardened" for expedition use

Þ  Instruction label has been redesigned and placed on top of the aluminum case

Þ  Air intake points are redesigned to reduce the chance of ingesting foreign materials

Þ  Compressor uses a metal reciprocating piston for durability, not a cheap plastic diaphragm

Þ  Reduction gears between motor and compressor are nylon lifetime self-lubricating style

Þ  CyclePumps are manufactured in the USA and every unit is tested before shipment
