If your package has shipped you can find information here.  You will receive an e-mail with shipping / tracking information when your package ships.  Because it has links to the USPS website this e-mail may be flagged and end up in your "junk" mail folder.  Please add sales@spoiledbiker.com to your safe senders list to prevent this.  

 

365 Days to return your product!*

Thats right.  In an effort to make sure you are happy with your online purchase and that the product meets your needs we will refund your money up to 1 year after purchase.  After that you will have to take it to a gift exchange  : )

Requirements for refund:

- Items must be in new condition in original packaging (Apparel and Helmets must have original tags attached)

- Return must be accompanied by a receipt or packing slip showing your order number

- Contact us for a Return Authorization number prior to shipment

- Include a short note stating the reason for the return

Our goal is to provide a no hassle returns policy and refund your money quickly.  To help us do this please email us or call             1-877-246-7187       with any questions or concerns regarding refunds and exchanges. 

All returned / exchanged items must be in new and unused condition.   Items not meeting these requirements will be returned to the customer and no exchange or refund will be issued.   You, the buyer, are responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to us.  On rare occasions there may be a 10-20% restocking fee for any item sent back.

On items and orders which shipped for free we reserve the right to keep our shipping  from the refunded amount.

Return policy for in store purchases is 30 days with the same conditions as above.
