90 Days to return your product!

In an effort to make sure you are happy with your purchase and that the product meets your needs we will refund your money up to 90 days after purchase.  After that you will have to take it to a gift exchange  : )

Requirements for refund:

- Items must be in new condition in original packaging

- Return must be accompanied by a receipt or packing slip showing your order number

- Contact us for a Return Authorization number prior to shipment

- Include a short note stating the reason for the return

Our goal is to provide a no hassle returns policy and refund your money quickly.  To help us do this please email us or call 1-877-246-7187 with any questions or concerns regarding refunds and exchanges. 

All returned / exchanged items must be in new and unused condition.   Items not meeting these requirements will be returned to the customer and no exchange or refund will be issued.   You, the buyer, are responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to us.  On rare occasions there may be a 10-20% restocking fee for any item sent back.
