Please call 1-877-246-7187 with any questions or concerns regarding refunds and exchanges.  Prior to sending an item back, be sure to obtain the authorization RMA number and include the packing slip it was sent with or the email receipt.  Also, include a short note stating who you spoke with and the reason for the return or exchange.

We do not accept returns or exchanges more than 30 days after delivery, any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts.  All returned/exchanged items must be in new and unused condition.   Items not meeting these requirements will be returned to the customer and no exchange or refund will be issued.   You, the buyer, are responsible for the shipping charges to send the item back.  There may be a 10% restocking fee for any item sent back.
